Dale is great. Since I have an older vehicle others shops were having a hard time getting parts. But Dale sat with worked out a plan and he was able to find used parts and got my van fixed up. a little over a month ago, my truck unfortunately hit a deer and the only place I thought of was Wash Collision. Dale and his team are awesome. They even picked me up and dropped me off when I didnt have a car to get to them, who does that!! They are very friendly and they are straight up with their work and updates. Erech was wonderful ,kind and very professional. He treated my car with the upmost professionalism. I had the car taken from my home to Marshall’s garage for repairs. The truck was very comfortable and very clean. Erech drove very carefully and professionally. Hats off to Washington collision. They have everything from the massive rotators to automobile tow equipment.
